Holiday Trimmings

Holiday Trimmings is an eight- week program developed for worksites which aims at preventing weight gain during the holiday season (weight loss is accepted, but not the focus of the program). 

The program includes a mandatory pre program weigh-in and survey (November 15 until November 19). Program starts on November 22 and ends with a post program weigh-in and survey (January 3 to January 7).
