That's why it's important for you to start with the expectation that you will not gain weight this holiday season. Then, the key to maintaining that attitude is to be realistic about your expectations.
 
The holidays are not a time to focus on losing weight or going on a "diet." Instead, commit to lifestyle behaviors that help you maintain your current weight, increase your energy level and lower your stress level. Visualize yourself being successful and commit to having an attitude that sets you up for success.

Set goals and track your progress. These are key strategies for success. Setting SMART goals will give you a map for success. This program includes a tracking calendar to help you achieve your goals - system gives you a daily visual reminder to continue practicing healthy behaviors.
