As the Holiday Trimmings program starts to wind down and the winter continues, you may be wondering how you will stay motivated to continue the healthy behaviors you have been practicing and recording during the holidays. Remember, it's your health, so continue doing what works for you.

Staying Motivated
- You can continue to record your physical activity and stress level. Use your tracking calendar as a visual reminder and motivator to stay active.
- If you need competition to keep you going, make a deal or have a contest with friends or family. See who can walk the most steps during the day, or sign up for a spring event (like a 5K run/walk) to train for together.
- Continue to set SMART goals, monitor your progress and create new rewards for yourself.
